Portable System
Get your week back. Create more time for clients.
A second brain for your business that works with your context, consults with you before producing outputs, and handles the tasks that eat up your calendar.
No AI learning curve. Built around how the firm already works.
Hours regained that lead to new clients.
Allow always?
Any AI tool can be switched on and given access to everything. It may be fast, but it isn’t secure, and it doesn’t ask for consent. Consent is not binary, yes or no: it’s about consenting to what, why, and how. Every connection in this system starts with an answer to those three.
Each outcome solves a time-bound challenge.
Every firm works differently, so the look and the specific tools are designed during discovery.
Walk in prepared
Before each meeting, the history and open decisions are already pulled together.
+ What this covers
Meeting briefs and research briefs, set to the topics and sources that matter to the firm.
Nothing falls through
Voice notes, meetings, and email end up as follow-ups, not loose ends.
+ What this covers
Which channels connect first is decided in discovery, starting with the ones that cost the most time.
See where things stand
One view that answers “where are we on this?” without asking around.
+ What this covers
Its form (dashboard, page, or weekly summary) is designed around how the team already checks status.
Safe by default
Files stay put, names stay private, and everything that runs is logged and checked monthly.
+ What this covers
Existing files stay where they are. Client names stay out of research. A log shows what ran, and a monthly check keeps it working as tools change.
A week, before and after.
Context, safety, and intelligence.
Calendar, email, meetings, and notes, finally working together, and working from what the firm already knows.
Outputs without outcomes are activities without impact.
Most firms don’t need a fully agentic system. They need clarity first: what the business does, who decides what, and where AI fits. We map that into a portable framework the team owns, then match the tools to the need. Human judgment stays at every consequential decision.
Access is not adoption.
Human-led designEvery step is set up and reviewed together.
AI-powered intelligenceWorkflows connect the right tools and automate the work.
True contextBuilt from the client’s own information and guarded in the client’s own workspace.
Setup takes 10 to 12 weeks. Support continues after.
Assess
Data gathering, synthesizing, and analysis: where the week loses time, and one measure to track.
Align
Agree on the new way of working: what changes, who decides, what stays out of AI.
Design
The system built on real work. The first two workflows go live, each taught as it launches.
Onboard
Daily use with support and fine-tuning, through handoff.
Implement
The adoption month, then Continued Support every month.
Clarity in, growth out.
The first team member carries the deepest build.
Each one added builds on the same system, so the cost per team member drops.
Setup → Adoption month → Continued Support
Tools are paid directly to vendors. Each new integration workflow is $2,500.
Built with governance, risk, and safety in mind.
Client data stays in the client’s own workspace.
Research runs on public sources, with client names kept out.
Security settings on every tool.
A clear map of where AI fits, one question away.
Built with context. Backed by intention.
What’s included in setup +
| Part | Includes | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Kickoff and discovery | Kickoff, tool review, recorded deep sessions, one measure and a baseline | $6,000 |
| System build | Privacy and safety, the source of truth, the view of where things stand, basic connections | $10,000 |
| Workflows and onboarding | The first two workflows, onboarding and tweaks through handoff | $4,000 |
| Setup, one team member | $20,000 |
Each added team member gets an interview, data gathering, connections, workflows, and onboarding, plus an assessment across the team. Pricing by team size is shown above.
Payment +
50% at signing.
35% at the week 6 checkpoint.
15% when the build is complete, before onboarding starts.
The adoption month is invoiced on its first day.
Continued Support is billed monthly, in advance.
Timeline notes +
For teams, the timeline is set in the team quote.
The timeline assumes a timely, two-way exchange of information: access, answers, and session time from the client. When input is delayed, dates move by the same amount.
If the client’s capacity changes, milestones and payments pause and pick up when work resumes.
Tools +
Paid directly to vendors, estimated in discovery, and confirmed in writing. Every account belongs to the client.
